Steve was great with returning calls and communications. Last min charges added to the Alta (buyer to pay off his credit card and a bogus $200 reinspection fee for an appraisal) closing costs were wrong (software glitch) not sure if that was ever figured out. Steve is a good lender just think his company and team behind him lacks communication.

Sometimes it was hard to get all the answers and it was a big surprise at the end with the extra money suddenly needed for closing, but otherwise I was able to get the answers I needed.
