I chose great because the service was better than just ok as was the other selection. There were some miscommunications, but Aaron did his best to account for them. Overall considering the environment, we are very happy.

1. Would have been best to deal with just one person instead of multiple people. Michael, Chris and Tabitha were all very pleasant! 2. Electronic transmission didn’t always work; not sure if it was problem with the app or on our end; sometimes request came via text, others via email, sometimes both. Frustrating.
