Todd Biltucci was excellent - but the overall experience of working with DK was a confusing and at times distressing. The communications were not consistent and language was not carefully chosen. As a consumer I found this difficult in a very stressful and emotional process. The results were satisfactory in the end - and i do believe that Todd was doing everything possible to keep us on ttrack during the process. I also believe that the volume of sales at this particular time was a factor.

Stacey helped me to scan and upload documents need to complete the application. Also Ed Stearns was very helpful in answering questions. The overall experience was made less than perfect by the confusion over the final cash required at closing. I am not sure who was at fault but the final paperwork had to be corrected at the Lawyer Joseph Keyes office and the closing took two hours to complete.
