I had a great experience because I wasn't sure if I was going to get approved for my refinance, especially at the rate I was initially provided. Not only did I get approved, but I got an even lower rate than was estimated. I could tell that the Draper & Kramer team really did their due diligence to make sure everything worked out and ensure that refinance went through.

The process surprised me. I have bought several houses in my lifetime but never have I been subject to a financial colonoscopy like this. The amount of documentation was unbelievable. This has little to do with Gil but was still an unpleasant experience.
