Am ap, and Levi co were great. I would recommend you all to anybody. It was to no fault on my experience. It was the other party's dragging their feet not signing and getting the paperwork in in a timely matter. Which caused me to be put back later than anticipated.

I wish the wire transfer process for closing had gone better. It ended up being very stressful. This is partially due to my bank, but I think a lot of it could have been avoided if I had been made aware of how the process worked in advance. Having never made a wire transfer before I didn’t know what to expect and if I had known I could have been a bit more proactive in ensuring everything would go smoothly on closing day. For future reference, Ally Bank has an online wire transfer option that can only be accessed via their web page. The paper option that I was given, is actually much slower than they advertise and doesn’t have status tracking. Everything up to that wire transfer was ok. There were a few times when I felt pretty rushed and that really stressed me out. I wouldn’t say my experience was “easy” or “smooth” but, Andy was communicative and I learned a lot about the home buying process from him. He did a great job responding to emails and phone calls timely and I could tell he is very good at his job. I’ve already referred two friends to him.
