My experiences was just fine- as expected. Your rating system is skewed to say I had a terrible experience (0-8) or an absolutely outstanding experience (9-10) with not much room for nuance. Scott did a fine job, Crystal as well. I'd recommend the team if they can get their customer the lowest rate as they strived to do with us.
