Matt was fantastic all the way until the last few days before closing. We weren't able to close as scheduled due delay in sending our the closing disclosure. This also greatly increased our cash to close and put us in a financial bind for a couple of weeks after closing. Otherwise, Matt was very accessible at all other times.
