Working with James at Envoy Mortgage was an extreme pleasure. He was always available and helpful. I WILL definitely use his services again and recommend him to others. If this only involves James - then yes 5 stars across the board. My only consternation was with the closing company. I did not feel they were really available to me - so I'm not sure if one has anything to do with the other. James WAS AWESOME.

Chad did not return calls and I had to talk to Daniel to get things done. NAF Concierge was NOT what we thought it would be. Please be clear to others that they only research utilities in the area.
