There was no other option but great or okay and I don't think it was okay, they did a really good job. The only set back i have was the I'll communication for closing docs. On my application i put a friend was going to provide a gift, but close to the point of closing i was told the gift couldn't be from a friend. I would have went about it differently if that was communicated up front. That process drawed out the closing and it wasn't a great experience for my 1st home buying experience. But I believe the experience will continue to be good going forward.

We didn't have the easiest loan application. However, Larry was transparent throughout the process and he never gave up on us. We really appreciate his willingness to keep trying. There were a couple of times that we tried to get through with a question and we didn't hear back, but we understand that things get busy! All in all, Larry and everyone else was very supportive and thorough when answering our questions and addressing our concerns. So far, we are very happy to be working with New American Funding.
