the first loan officer we were working with Drew did not communicate well so it took us a lot of time before we discovered we even needed a different cosigner. At that point I had been reaching out to Drew with no response for weeks. This prolonged the process to the point that we had to pay out-of-pocket For our home appraisal two times. I think Tammy was just trying to come overcome those problems but we had to redo so much paperwork and update information over and over again.

the customer service and personal skills from the new funding team is great. The issue comes when a third party takes over the loan as they don't have the same higher standards for service as this company.
