I feel like communication could have been easier and more effective throughout the process. At times there was a significant struggle to get feedback no matter how many attempts to email, call or text I initiated with Karim. Elisa always got back to me within 24 hours without fail. All in all my overall experience was positive, took a long time and in the end worked out. Karim is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to when I was able to talk with him about the process. I look forward to working with him in the future as we have already discussed the communication process moving forward.
