Responses from knowledgeable team was good. The website for loading and signing needs a tech tutorial. The refinance process took 2 whole months, 2-4 weeks would have been acceptable. Very accommodating on esigning and drive up signing

We originally were working with Tracy Fretted, but at the very end switched. She continued to follow-up with us making sure things were running smoothly and even came to our closing. But after the switch we then felt we talking 4 other people to get things done. Communication became a little cloudy on who to speak with. We were instructed via email to Amber and then another day we received an email from Jason requesting info without being told we'd be working with him as well.
