Bought a house. Whole process is a pain in the behind, but we got through it...but I still have money in Escrow for repair, so we will see how that goes.

I feel the NAF cash program benefits some people but I think in my case it wasn't that good. All said and it done the program cost me thousands of additional money that stung in the end. Did I get the house which other wise I would have lost to another buyer? Yes but at 12,000 dollars I maybe could have found another house and saved that or put that into another house.... I am thankful to NAF but for us I won't use the program again.
