As a first time home buyer, it would have been beneficial to explain the process better. I should have been told to send the wire before my closing appointment but instead had to wait another 2 days to get my keys after I signed. Also when requesting documents please list all documents needed ahead of time. Should not be sending my tax returns the day before we are supposed to close which pushed my close date back. Other than that it was a good experience overall.
