Donavin was very easy to communicate with. He made himself available and was very flexible with my and my roommates busy schedules. He took the time to explain the many documents that we had to sign. He explained what each term meant and gave great advice on how to proceed. But at the same time, he never pressured us to lean towards one decision versus another.

Overall great experience. Mostly the frustrating issues came from the Title company, e.g. not sending guidance/instructions on the POA in a timely manner, or not sending clear instructions, etc.

Ru was very responsive to questions we had throughout the mortgage process. We asked for concrete action items and a timeline for what to expect and Ru was able to provide them promptly. We appreciated him taking the time to break down next steps, especially since there were times when it felt like things moved very quickly. Ru also provided clarity and explanation for pieces of the process we didn't fully understand that helped inform our decision-making and planning.
