TJ was really on the ball with getting us any documents we needed or needed to sign, it was easy to depend on him to make sure our process went smoothly! The only issues we really had were not TJ’s fault, but there were times that we found errors in our documents and pointed them out to be fixed multiple times just to be told that the errors didn’t actually matter. It was just kind of confusing to be signing my name to documents that were incorrect but I guess it didn’t matter that they were incorrect? Either way, the errors were after the fact on our loan approval so we are happy we were able to get everything done and processed in time to purchase our first home. Thank you, Noelle, TJ and team!
