Al hough circumstances were not ideal at several points in this process, Naomi's support went above and beyond. I think future buyers my benefit from being gently notified earlier in the process about any communication lapses (in my case with HOA management) to avoid late hour surprises and allow time respond and strategize effectively. For the most part, there was great communication except for the final closing requirements. I did try several times to talk to someone because I was unsure of what I needed. Almost wasn't able to complete the closing due to a missing cashiers check.
