I would suggest one phone call a day at the end to at least update the customer. Overall was a great experience I really enjoyed everybody. I'm just a hard person because I seek to be better tomorrow than I was the day before. Therefore there is no being perfect.

Eric was great at answering questions from the beginning. Talking with him was the deciding factor for going with thrive. He was very informative up until the week before closing. I'm not sure what happened, but communication was not as good that last week. I was also misinformed about PMI, which would of changed my strategy from the beginning. That was very disappointed and I hope that he is better equipped to answer those types of questions for future borrowers. Overall it was a good experience though and I would refer them if someone asked.
