It just seemed like the communication after we started the process with Matt was not great. It also seemed like we were asked to do many unnecessary things in order to get things going. I understand that everybody has their jobs and what they have to do in line with company protocol. It just was very hard to stomach at times because it felt like we just were made to jump through hoops, just to jump through them.

The amount of verification documents became overwhelmin. I a very credit score, and an excellent track record of making my mortgage payments. I provided more than 30 documents to obtain the smallest loan I have ever applied for. Chad and Stephanie were good, but the process was cumbersome and insulting.
