I enjoyed speaking with Chris. He helped ease some of my anxiety during the process. My issue really has nothing to with Chris or Shawn, well at least I don't think. My issue is with the check amounts issued to the creditors. I was told the amounts issued were based on number on my credit report. I had made multiple payments since the report was run. Now I'm mailing the checks in for payment and have to wait an additional 30-60 days for me to be reimbursed.

We had some miscommunications that occured likely do to the sheer number of people involved in the process and a difference in timezone(which I was aware of) it created an interesting experience. Amir was great at answering any sort of questions I had to the fullest explanation I required to be satisfied and was super helpful even when I asked the same questions throughout a process we proceeded through multiple times. He remained professional and concise through my experience to the final property we closed on. Unfortunately communication lapses did happen but as a first time home buyer I cannot for sure say which parties were responsible. From what I hear everyone in this industry is overworked. Give this guy a break I think his willingness to provide tools for buyers and answer their concerns with confidence deserves him this much.
