I was annoyed that the appraiser required a second visit and inspection items such as smoke detectors and a stair railing. Everyone involved (agents, lawyers) said that was beyond what appraisers normally do. It cost us extra money and time. We would have implemented the safety precautions before we moved in.

I’m very thankful for the help that I received , but I have to say that at the beginning of the whole transaction there was a little miscommunication among the staff that was handling all of the documents, it wasn’t until I started working with Sylvia when everything started running smoothly and efficiently.

What made it a great experience was that they made it possible for us to qualify for a loan in order to get the home we wanted. I would also say the communication within the team was great because we would always be informed if something changed or we needed to get things together to send for them.
