All went smoothly and they were very responsive and made sure I had everything done that I needed to do. Kept following up to make sure I handled everything correctly. One issue is the automatically generated emails with videos and overview of where I was in the process, went to my junk folder so I didn't have that supplemental information that would have been helpful. It was provided but I didn't receive it. Not sure how they can fix that for other customers. Thank you!

Jenni Feist and team is an excellent advocate for my loan package. She was thorough and accessible. Jenni and team explained all fees rates and identified all line item costs. I was truly pleased with my experience with Jenni and team. The underwriting process was unpleasant and the Mortage lender exchanging hands is unsettling. Other than those issues, my experience was exceptional and pleasant.

The team was quick with communication when we had any questions, but I wish we had more guidance from their end during the loan process. There were certain things that could have been avoided if they took a little more time and effort into my loan process. A little transparency and effort often go a long way. It was a little frustrating receiving documents to sign that weren't yet accurate all the way until the very end. When we finally recieved all the right numbers, it was only a few days before closing. Other than that, the team was very patient and knowledgeable during this process.
