The team was quick with communication when we had any questions, but I wish we had more guidance from their end during the loan process. There were certain things that could have been avoided if they took a little more time and effort into my loan process. A little transparency and effort often go a long way. It was a little frustrating receiving documents to sign that weren't yet accurate all the way until the very end. When we finally recieved all the right numbers, it was only a few days before closing. Other than that, the team was very patient and knowledgeable during this process.

Actually, I feel the listing agent should have been informed that there was a problem with the credit. We could not close, and I only knew the late afternoon before closing. My seller was on her way to NY and it was chaotic after that!. Now, I will say that Alvaro really hustled to make it right and we did close 14 days later .It cost everyone!!! I guess what I wanted was more communication. I was not one of Alvaro's usual realtors however that shouldn't have made a difference!. He certainly made it right in the end!!.
