Everyone has had great communication . Even when i got letters saying the insurance wasn't paid i emailed and got a response right away

The service was great, but just a lot of confusion at the end. Felt a lot of the issues should had been addressed before the underwriter got the file. Not to say, the service was bad. We were a hard case, but because of that, a lot of the issues I think should have been taken care of in the beginning because we were a tough case.
