William and the guys are great. There were several ups and downs and even being stretched out to 5 closings with the underwriter kept asking for more and more things even up to hours of our closings. That part was not good but William and the guys stuck behind me and help us reach our end goal. This was one of my worst experiences I've ever had but thankful that I had the right guys on my side to help push thru. FHA underwriters really need to be more prepared instead of waiting to hours of closing. My closing cost went from 700- almost 4000 at one point all due to people making mistakes on my case and clearly not being ready on the dates that us homeowners and realtors are held so tight to. That they are not to be missed or we can pay dearly. Underwriter on the other hand has no care of the dates they mean nothing. Ones again thank you William for all your support.
