The service was great, but just a lot of confusion at the end. Felt a lot of the issues should had been addressed before the underwriter got the file. Not to say, the service was bad. We were a hard case, but because of that, a lot of the issues I think should have been taken care of in the beginning because we were a tough case.

I believe it would be necessary to have time definitions and a list of documents and pending tasks to be completed so that the deadline is closer to the expected one.

The underwriter made this whole process not a very pleasant one. Everything was so last minute with him leading us to close almost a week late. The things that he requested after our initial closing date were things that he already had access to and could have done a better job at looking through the documents given to him instead of rerequesing them after closing. We tried to be patient but it was getting ridiculous towards the end. He may need a little more training on the work that he is performing so that another home buyer does not have to go through the same headache that he gave us!
