THOUGHTS: Fees are TOO HIGH....Variable interest rates to AWFUL....Paperwork at Settlement was EXCESSIVE.....Time waiting after signing Settlement paperwork was AWFUL.... I do not think I would do a reverse mortgage again if offered the opportunity. Julie was great in answering my questions, though

The only thing that made it less than great was the length of time it took from first contact to final paperwork with attorney. It took nearly 3 months to close this refinance. There was something coming up constantly that kept pushing the closing date out. Items we needed to work on and get to them. Becky and Tonya were both great at letting us know if the loan wasn't going to close so we could start working on the next items to correct, obtain or pay. Most of my discontent was having to wait. I'm not the most patient person.
