Overall, I would recommend New American but I would caution others that there are very long periods of no communication, difficulty getting people on the phone at a certain point in the processing and that the process overall was extremely slow.

I would little nervous when the process first started because I was talking to a lot of different employees at NAF. Then they finally assigned Jamie Norris to me & she had a better level of understanding & customer service, than the previous employees.
