Lessons learned company, escrow company, agent. They need to coordinate and work together with a new buyer communicate information at the beginning with names companies who will be emailing contacting and wanting personal information bombarding the new buyer not sure how the seller worked is very confusing very stressful and not clear. short video or a short podcast would be helpful in letting the buyer know what's coming at them or bombarding them for the next whatever many days not knowing and getting surprise, it's not a good feeling

I understood $200k was to be paid at closing but it was only $191K plus a $7142 credit. When I asked my financial institution why they were only sending $191K the day before closing, they said that's what they were told by NAF. I'm not sure why it was changed to $191k.

THOUGHTS: Fees are TOO HIGH....Variable interest rates to AWFUL....Paperwork at Settlement was EXCESSIVE.....Time waiting after signing Settlement paperwork was AWFUL.... I do not think I would do a reverse mortgage again if offered the opportunity. Julie was great in answering my questions, though
