Consider clear communication and ensure client understanding throughout the entire process. Explore all possible options and present/review all details about the possible loans, as many factors influence closing, down payment, interest rate, etc. Review these with the client in writing so they can adequately process the information and make informed decisions. Overall, good start, rough middle, redeemable ending, as Michael did his best to turn things around.
