I would have liked to have the loan in my own name, but my workplace never gave me all the paperwork so I could do it, so I had to stick with somebody else on the mortgage. In which did not want to be on it other than that it all worked out

Processor returning e-mails and phone calls. It shouldn't take 4 months to get a loan that is backed by a property worth 5or 6 times what the loan is for. Alex Spollen got us answers,and did a decent job. The processor and underwriting not so much. I would really have to be out of options to choose New American funding for my future loan needs. Summary, It was a clown show.

It was ok. Anna was great. Maria was just a little pushy/rude when she communicated with our insurance agent and accountant who were going out of their way to supply info she needed in 24 hours notice.
