The only issue was that when someone else came aboard, it would have been nice to be informed ahead of time. There were some problems regarding the roof re inspection and explanation. That would have made it easy to give the highest mark.

During the loan process, I asked for specifics on how long between steps and expectations of myself during those times, and I didn't really receive that. I felt like a burden to new american funding's system of operations. Overall, I'd still work with Alex and Amanda again. They know how to do their jobs well.
