It was a good experience, so I would rate closer to excellent than good, but that wasn't a choice. In person would be better for me, but the way it was handled via technology was very good.

Overall it was good. Laura was fantastic and very knowledgeable. But it would be awesome if a checklist of most common documents required was provided ahead of time so that clients can start gathering to avoid being asked to send more documents every other day. It creates panic. Purchasing a home is scary and overwhelming it could help ease that anxiety a bit. Other than that I would highly recommend Laura.
