Knowing who the main contact person is would be helpful - even if we bounce from one person to another because it is a team setting. We communicate to a group of people on an email chain not knowing who is going to respond - some of them, we never interact with throughout the process.

It was good just alot of miss communication on the associates and part and speaking with different people. Buy overall the experience was stressful but well worth it.

It was difficult to get a copy of documents that were signed which was frustrating. We were informed we would get some pre closing docs to save time at closing but did not. Overall, the team response was a bit delayed for questions when I CC everyone. I will say Karla did do an amazing job following up with us and our insurance provider, as well as quick email response. Overall experience was okay, we would use again but not top of the list.

Everything was great except for communication of how disbursements were to be done.Gave notary checking account and route numbers for funds deposited that did not happen.Also was told when I refi'd I was doing to to eliminate credit card debt ect.my loan person said we got you covered.I recieved checks VIA Fed X for creditor debt I was not verbally informed of that I found out when I read my documents...SO PEOPLE READ YOUR DOCUMENTS.
