Process was extremely slow. I believe it was about 2 months from start to finish. Final approval was very long. I would be told it was all good only to get the opposite a week later. Credit reporting fluctuates all the time. Seemed like every time I was good, another report was pulled to say no I wasn't. This was through out the process.

It just took a lot longer than we expected. Sometimes the information we received from Joel and TJ were different, so it was hard to know which one to go with. Also, there was a few times that we heard, let me check on that but we never got a response back. Lastly, our paperwork always had something wrong on it, it would go back to be fixed, but then something else was wrong. Our last closing documents were very different from the previous closing documents that we had signed. Lastly, I don't know where the delay was but because our documents were not ready, our rate lock date was pushed, which cost us an additional $500 dollars. It was not our fault because all the documents were in. Not sure what caused the delay but we were penalized for it. I can say at the start of our loan things were great and that is why I rated things so high throughout this survey. It was the last month and a half where things fell off and we were never sure what the reason for that was.
