of the communication letters at the bottom in red had a instructions to make a payment or something along those lines. It made us feel uncomfortable, but that was on their automatically with everything we heard from Our Loan processor. Also, we were continually hearing from the other side of your company when saying that our payment was due when we're in the middle of refinancing with you following your guys instructions on the new loan, it seems as if one side doesn't know what the other side is doing and the customer in this case, Us paid a price for that so frankly, I think next time a refi, which probably would be in six months we're thinking of using a different company although we like Bailey very much everything else about New American funding was not so nice

I believe my situation was a bit more challenging than most, but everything still worked out well. - - We had old false liens on our home that needed to be cleared during the process (they were successfully removed). - I’m self-employed, which always adds extra layers of documentation and scrutiny. - The State of Illinois and Will County were extremely slow with their paperwork and approvals, which stretched the timeline. That said, whenever I had a question, I received clear answers in a very timely manner—usually the same day (often in the evening) or by the next morning via call or email. Overall, I was genuinely happy with the service and how the team handled a complicated loan application.
