When requesting documents or different items they should all be requested in the beginning. My only issue is when I get requests for documents throughout the process which was not needed originally.

Great communication through the majority of the process. One improvement would be to have instructions for how online payment may be made, i'm still not sure what the options are or the exact instructions for how payments need to be made. The website used to track and coordinate the loan progress and action items was ok, but seemed like it wasn't used for much and the majority of the coordination occurred over email.
