Brittany was great, I just have nothing to compare the outcome of our loan against. She was very responsive and helped expedite a process that stalled a few times along the way. But her service and responsiveness were most appreciated- again, she was terrific!

The clone processor was unavailable for over a week and was not responding to emails. This made the loan close late, much later than I expected and was told initially. It was very frustrating to just not receive any response for over a week. Michael was very responsive, but he could only do so much.

Gary was amazing!! All the emails I received were overwhelming and others gave me inaccurate information as to how to handle the earnest money and other aspects of the program. I would not have made it through the process if it wasn't for Gary!
