If their was better communication. They don't get ahold of you until like 3 :00pm eastern time. Everything was last minute. I was lied to about how much I needed for a down payment and closing cost. It doubled half way through and then trippled and then went back to double. When you call In and tell them you have $4500 and they say your approved and the n then change what you need to $8500 that doesn't really work for a lot of people
