I was a little disappointed as I should have been informed during the loan proceses once my credit was ran that all of my debt to ratio was going to be thrown into the mortgage. I felt in a way I was mislead. I was then Informed only after I had paid for our home inspection which was about 60 days into the process that as stated above all debts owed would be paid to from my mortgage. I think If I would have know prior to me doing my home ispection I probably would have held off an extra two years until my car was paid off as I really did not want that thrown into my loan. I also felt the underwritter should have been more on top of things rather than continualy requesting the same documents over and over. as this was the main key of the lengthy delay of getting my mortaged closed. Communication needs to be a littlle more clearer especailly in the begging stages of the loan process.
