ALL STEMS FROM NOT BEING ORGANIZED. THERE SHOULD BE A CHECKLIST DEALING WITH ALL REQUIREMENTS REFERRING TO MOBILE HOMES!!! WITH THAT INFO SENT TO THE CLIENT, WOULD KEEP COMMUNIATIONS TO A MINIMUM. A LOAN THAT SHOULD HAVE TAKEN AROUND LESS THAN 60 DAYS, TOOK TWO MONTHS!

At first the loan process was great . He would ask for the documents which I provided to him im a timely manner . But as the loan processed thing did not go well with Stephanie, every time she would contact me it was for the same information that was already given, the funding date would always be moved. Your funding department then sent the payoff checks to my creditcard companies did not have account numbers on them which has caused a delay in paying them off & had my credit score drop 100 points
