before Grace and Paul, there were a few different people handling our loan. They all had horribe communication, if you could get any at all. Why they kept "leaving" not sure... But for this process to take 4 months is ridiculous. Starting from scratch, it took less time to actually buy the house. I doubt i will use your company again. We only stuck it out because of my wife. Everytime we talked, it seemed you were asking for more info, more items, thats all info you can get, thats why we pay you the fees.... over all, not a good experience at all. Not that it really matters much, you already got our money right?
