After expressing my needs in the way of communication from Reid Sinclair and his team they obliged me with answering my many questions so I could have the clarity I needed to move forward. I trusted Reid Sinclair and his team and followed their suggestions, ie: new Homeowners Insurance. As well as having patience and waiting for everything to fall into place. I was a First Time Homebuyer at 65 and was not aware of the many terms used in the homebuying process but Reid Sinclair and his team broke them down and explained everything to me so that I was comfortable.
