Once our loan was turned over to Lisa Douglas the Sr Loan Processor, everything went downhill. Communication and follow-up with her was absolutely horrible! We started our loan process on 12/30/25 and expressed how important it was that we needed to close by 2/20/25 to Both Jessica and Lisa because we were paying off several negotiated 40% repayment settlements and I had to give the creditors a date in order to get the settlements. They had to have the funds in their hands between 2/28/26 and 3/2/26 or we would have to pay the full balances. No exceptions! Lisa Douglas dropped the ball several times, and drug her feet by not working on our file because of how complicated and complex it was causing it to not close until 2/26/26. She was unorganized and our file was always a “MESS”! This caused our creditors to not get their funds untill on or after 3/4/26 which caused us to be charged full balances and having to pay all kinds of extra money. Lisa Douglas even kept apologizing to us like that would help. She said “I have 50 files I’m working on and I’m doing the best that I can. I don’t know what more you want me to do”. I said “start working OUR file!” The sad part was, is that I couldn’t make it any easier for her. I did most of the work for her. I am very organized and a detailed person and I would email her all the info to help her along. You need to audit all her emails between her and I. Trulyblessedin98@gmail.com and blevinsfamily91@gmail.com. You will see how disgusted I was with everything. We appreciate that NAF approved us and helped us out but the whole experience outside of working with Jessica was horrible!

Doug was great and patient, walking me through all my multitude of questions . Thank you what threw me off sometimes were all the people involved with the process without introduction and knowing what their function was . If I had known what to expect beforehand, some of the last minute confusion on closing day may have been avoided
