The system was saying that we must read, understand and sign a 145 page document 1 hour before the escrow meeting . Also, we had a barrier when we found unwillness to meet our requests, and at the end we were not happy with the total loan amont, as we were loaned closing costs when we we did not need that, we had the closing cost money. This was communicated clearly by us before the final document was presented..

I would have appreciated a more proactive, advanced outline of the process and timeline to set clear expectations and deadlines. Many things seemed like I had to ask about them, and they were addressed close to the last minute, thus making the process more stressful.

Kyle and Serei did a great job with communication. They were always available to answer any question and provided competitive rates. I think the only thing that I was confused about was who Serei was because it seemed like they came out of nowhere even though I was only dealing with Kyle. Looking forward to working with him again when I need to refinance.
