Mr. Nielsen was very professional in that he talked throughly through all the details and allowed questions or clarity if and when needed. He also was very responsive to my questions and concerns throughout the loan process. It was evident not only is he an expert in his field of work but demonstrated the necessary compassion for the not face to face interaction (all means of communication was through technology.) I greatly appeciated working with Mr. Nielsen.

This was a very stressful refi for personal reasons, but Kamie was an incredible support. There were times when issues arose that were too complicated for us to handle alone and Kamie understood that and jumped in and found a way to resolve these. We sooooo appreciate Kamie's timely responses to our concerns, keeping us thoroughly informed and coming to our rescue when we felt we were drowning!! We definitely look forward to working with Kamie again!!

Frank was diligent and suffered through a difficult loan approval process with me. Always pushing the loan underwriter, CHASE, to fund our loan but we were at the mercy of a corporate giant that made the process nearly intolerable, dragging it out over 7 weeks. Document requests and nitpicking by CHASE in spite of our >50% downpayment and guaranteed lifetime income was beyond reason. They were so bad in handling my payments I paid the loan off after 6 weeks. Frank: great, CHASE: horrible!!!
