Charity was awesome. Kept us informed along the way and went the extra mile to make sure we had the right program for us. The only downside was the amount of time it took to process the loan. I know it's not her fault but it took longer than expected for a refinance. I will definitely work with Charity again and really liked everything about her!!! She just needs more Ops support. :)
