Everything went very smooth throuigh the process. The only dissapointing part was. When the process started I was led to beleieve out of pocket closing was little to nothing. And it came back over 1K. It would have been better to just state we dont know at this time. And bring the figures in once we had a close figure.

Closing date 2 weeks later than anticipated. NAF was aware that title Co had closing scheduled for 1130 am est on 2/27/26 however didn't provide all required info until nearly 330pm est causing title company delay in balancing info. The signing actually started at 430 pm est. I did not appreciate waiting in My car 5 hours for signing to happen. This could have been averted by communication to both title company and myself.
