The person we had direct contact with was excellent, but she was let down on a few occasions by others within the New American Funding organisation who did not fulfill their duties on time or in a professional manner. If everyone at New American Funding worked as hard as our contact did for us, I would not have any hesitation in recommending NAF to others.
