Jennifer was excellent in her comunication with me and willingness to advocate for me. The barriers that prevented us from closing on our actual closing date I do not believe had anything to do with her actions or lack thereof. My only feedback is that the underwriting team and loan processor begin to work together on the documents/statements/etc. earlier than 48-72 hours to close. I sent the same statements/documents to the processor, ones that I had already sent to Jennifer 2-3 weeks prior and to the processor 1-2 weeks prior, multiple times starting on 1/26 and then again the same documents/statements again on 1/27 and 1/30. Again, Jennifer was excellent in her communication and advocacy for me in obtaining this loan. My feedback for NAF as a whole is for the processor and underwriting team to start working together to sort out the discrepancies earlier than they did in my experience.

Communication is extremely essential in this type of process, for many clients is very likely tense. We must always have all the options in front of the client and let them know the good and bad of the process, updates regardless of whether they are important or not necessary, we can do a better job of answering direct questions and not getting back at the client for not answering.
